Shipping policy

Shipping Coverage:
We currently ship orders within India only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Order Processing Time:

Orders are processed within 3-7 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Timelines (Within India)

  • Metro cities: [3–7] business days
  • Non-metro and other locations: [5–8] business days
  • Remote areas: [7–10] business days

Delivery Timeframe:
Once dispatched, orders are usually delivered within up to 14 days. Actual delivery times may vary based on the destination and other factors. Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed, as they depend on third-party courier partners. Urban metro areas might receive packages faster, while remote or rural locations could take the full 10 days.

Shipping Charges:

We offer free standard shipping on orders above ₹3000 (order subtotal). For orders below ₹3000, a shipping fee will apply. Any applicable shipping charge will be clearly shown at checkout before you finalize your order. 

Cash on Delivery (COD):

We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment option. All orders must be prepaid through the payment methods available at checkout, including UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and supported digital wallets. Orders will be processed and shipped only after successful payment confirmation.

Packaging:

All orders are packed in secure, tamper-proof packaging to ensure your products reach you in good condition. Please do not accept the package if you find that it has been tampered with or opened upon delivery. In such cases, inform us immediately at our

Order Tracking:

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with tracking details. 

Delays and Unforeseen Events:
While we strive to meet the estimated delivery times, certain situations beyond our control may cause shipping delays. These include, but are not limited to, natural disasters, weather disturbances, strikes, lockdowns, regulatory restrictions, or courier network disruptions. In such force majeure events or other unforeseen delays, the Company is not liable for the delay. We appreciate your understanding and will do our best to keep you informed. If you have not received your order within the expected timeframe, please contact our support team so we can assist in tracking the shipment.

Customer Responsibility:
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of order, along with any necessary landmarks or instructions. Please double-check your contact number and address details before confirming the order. You (or a designated recipient) should be available to receive the delivery at the address. If a delivery attempt is made and no one is available or the address is incorrect, it may result in delays, additional re-delivery charges, or the package being returned to us. We will reach out to you in such cases to rearrange delivery, but repeated failed delivery attempts may lead to order cancellation at our discretion.
