About SEPT
Sept is a modern fine fragrance studio between New Delhi and Paris, bringing a South Asian point of view to contemporary perfumery. Shaped by influences from East and West, we create fragrances for modern living.
We approach fragrance the way we experience life: layered, unexpected, and full of contrasts. Familiar notes and compositions are reimagined in new contexts, moving beyond the conventions of traditional perfumery towards something lighter, more fluid, and distinctly current.
For us, fragrance is an everyday ritual: intimate, emotive, and transportive. Each composition begins with a story, drawing on memory, travel, art, and the spaces in between.
Rooted in an artisanal approach, our fragrances are imagined in New Delhi, developed in Paris with independent perfumers, and produced in small batches in the South of France, between Grasse and Nice.
Tanya Khurana
Born in Thailand, raised in India, and shaped by time spent in France, Tanya is a third culture creative with an instinct for fragrance, art, and design.
Through Sept, she brings a sense of play to fragrance, making it fun, creative, and expressive. Designed to be worn as part of personal rituals and within the spaces we inhabit, each scent is grounded in South Asian sensibilities and shaped for cultural nomads moving between worlds.
Sept, 'seven' in French, celebrates the relaxed, wanderlust lifestyle of her Parisian days in the 7th Arrondissement, where the idea for the brand was conceived.
